Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

Height <-2SD for age and gender
IGF-1 <-2SD for age and gender
Evidence of GH resistance

Exclusion Criteria:

closed epiphyses
prior active malignancy
major organ disfunction
treatment with medications that would diminish growth
clinically significant cardiac abnormalities
