Criteria 

Inclusion Criteria:

type2 diabetes
postprandial plasma glucose levels ≧180mg/dl

Exclusion Criteria:

type1 diabetes
AST(GOT) or ALT(GPT) ≧100IU/l
creatinine ≧2.0mg/dl
